SITE ANALYSIS · SITE TO CONCEPT
Analysis & Participatory Design
I read a site or context before proposing anything: on-site research, stakeholder mapping, feasibility studies, and site analysis shaping a spatial or programmatic concept. Where needed, I also plan and moderate participatory formats directly: workshops and on-site activation. Service scope: feasibility studies for cultural and memorial institutions, revitalization concepts for public sites, participatory neighborhood work in Berlin.

DESIGN LEAD · CONCEPT TO DEVELOPMENT
Concept & Spatial Design
I turn a brief into a spatial concept: moodboards, sketches and spatial visualizations that develop into a guiding concept, material palette and atmosphere (HOAI LP 1–4 for interior work, HOAS LP 1–4 for exhibitions, including content and messaging development with curators and content teams). This includes custom furniture and fixture design, and inclusive and accessible wayfinding systems.

PRODUCTION LEAD · DEVELOPMENT TO DELIVERY
Realization & Project Management
I carry concepts through technical planning and delivery: Werkplanung and executive drawings (HOAI LP 5–8, HOAS LP 5–7), Ausschreibung and Vergabe, budget and timeline management, Bauleitung and site supervision, quality control through handover. I've run this across exhibition, retail and interior projects. The same coordination logic within and beyond spatial design, in interdisciplinary and cross-sector settings.
